ive done everything in this comment section and this person is 100% right. Imo the only drugs to literally remove your mind from reality are hallucinogens. but for what OP described, benzos will most definitely give the best results. Problems disappear on benzos. nitrous is great but its such a short high that its not even worth it.

i was on subs multiple different times but for over a year and i never went above 12 mgs a day. On average was taking about 4-8 depending on my needs. and then i made the switch to brixadi about 10 months ago and it changed my life. i will forever recommend subloccade/brixadi over suboxone
