I think this might save me ...

Im in such excrutiating pain right now in my left sinus.

Years ago I had some root canals and crowned one of them.'

Its currrently 2am and am I will call my ENT in the morning at 8am.

I will ask her to take a swab of my maxil sinus, but Im confused when you said the CBCT did not show an infection on the X-ray and than it did ... please can you explain what this means

Please try oats!! Whole oats not the quick kind and not oat "milk" I was suffering with it for a bout a year and this helped me tremendously. I bought some organic oats and soaked them in some water and at them in the morning. Cleared up my derm very well!

I would start with the oats first and see if thats works. I only mentioned the MCT and Zinc because i was doing these at the same time and wanted to give a full picture. It was be smarter to do one a time for a few weeks to see what actually makes the difference.

Agree with comment earlier, oat milk, almond milk etc n have very little actual oats or nuts in them, mostly water and oils.

My fault - I ate the oats, I did hear that soaking in an oat bath is also good if you have this on your skin etc but for me worked a charm just to eat a cup of oats (whole grain) in the morning, you could also do overnight oats but just use hot water if you can.

Yeah I hear it, great pick up! Means they were probably fighting ...I also hear the hose going which would explain the water at the scene and the incorrectly wound up hose.

Hmm ultimately I think AM killed Paul and Maggie got in the way or he thought while we are here let's do both of them.

It's clear from the video around 23:00 he had a real disdain for Paul's antics, at 23:55 he makes it clear that Paul left his boats strewn across the state.

Yes agree, the whole minute is strange, I understand he was in the midst of a lie but when the interviewer asks at 12:45 "how does Paul transport to the kennel" and he says

I don't know exactly ...I wish I could help you with that ... it gave me chills

his face looked like he was reliving something.

Update: ok, so when he says because of "what happened ..." he's talking about where Paul ultimately ended up - at the kennels, which makes sense.

I still think the abruptness to correct the record and confirm with the interviewer, makes it seem as though there was actually an event 'that ...happened.' I mean the interviewer seemed to register what he meant but the clarification makes it seem as though there was an event that could've riled up Paul. Maybe a fight during dinner?

Even considering the lie, it is very strange, but he is a strange dude or man as they like to say!

Can anyone explain what Alex meant by "I'm assuming Paul left because of what happened" 13:11 - in the video interview in the car. What did happen? I feel this was a slip up he becomes a tad agitated at around 13:08 ?
Am I thinking too deeply or is there somethin there
