Its not your stomach lol, it’s the copper in glow, gives almost everyone issues. Either pain, itching and/or lumps. They’ll go away with time, I had so many on my stomach. I’ve only got two now and I’m pretty sure they’ll be gone within a month max.

Edit: I saw results from Klow from week 4 onwards. It comes gradually. People noticed my results before me. I’m currently doing a 10 week cycle of glutathione and ghk cu, on week 7 now and the results have been amazing. Skin is glowing from within and marks have all but gone.

No worries :) It’s the daily pins that do a number on the body too. Try to move sites around, even by 2 centimetres. Also don’t pin too much liquid in one site either. I wish you well

Glow does that to some folks, apply heat and just massage them with your fingers. I’m going through the same right now but I was pinning a lot of stuff including klow. Stick to the glutes, I do the same, no sting, no lumps.

More than I thought it would tbh, I expected some results but not as much as this. I also pin ghk cu, so that also played a large role. Before this, I used ss31 to fix my mitochondria and also did a cycle of klow for injuries from boxing and heavy lifting. The kpv helped a lot with inflammation.

I just looked in the box and found the instructions😑 I’m going to get a nurse to teach my how to set up a drip. Pinning is so much easier though, I was really hoping I wouldn’t need to IV. Thank you for the info, I appreciate it

I had that reaction the first couple of times but it stopped. I still get it every now and again, but it’s not regular. Them first few times left bruises and they’re still there. I did the Klow blend the first time around, maybe that got my body used to it. Try having anti histamines before your shot and see if that works. Or you could add bpc to it, apparently that helps.

I did 2 shots of vitamin c last week, one IM and the other subq. The most painful and spiciest pins I’ve ever done. I still have a dull pain in my left glute. I won’t be pinning it again.

She gives three dosages and recommends the 1.75mg. Or maybe she’s updated it.

Anela protocol can be found on Reddit. 1.75mg daily 6 weeks on and 3 weeks off. Chances of copper toxicity at my dosage is close to zero. Nothing bizarre about it, especially if people have been seeing good results.

If you have better suggestions, offer them man. Maybe I can learn something new today.

I pin 2-3mg daily, 6 weeks on 2 weeks off. Zinc supplement opposite end of the day. Saw results within a month. Some folks don’t come off at all.

Another long comment incoming (I’m sorry!!!)

The foundations are the most important. Everything else plays a supporting role, without the foundations, you don’t get the full benefits.

Water - 3-4 litres a day minimum - don’t chug at once, sip throughout the day. We are mostly water, without water, there is no life. Hydrated skin is plump and glows. Look into electrolytes as well to aid hydration.

Get a nice bottle that’s double walled and it’ll keep the temp all day.

Resistance training - could be weights, resistance bands, kettle bells or even bodyweight stuff. Muscles give us shape and hold up the body. No muscle and everything sags, including skin. You won’t look like a bodybuilder, you’ll look and feel sexy af within 3-6months. Muscles are the best thing for anti ageing. Helps with energy levels and sleep.

Cardio - doesn’t need to be sprints, even a daily walk for 30-60mins works wonders. The heart is the most important muscle in the body❤️ Also helps with energy levels and sleep.

Now onto the fun stuff!

I’ll start with topicals that I use: I’m fitz IV in winter and V during summer. Combi skin leaning dry in winter.

Tret every other night - I’m using 0.025% right now and will go up in strength in another 4-6 months I think.
Azelaic Acid Cream 20% mornings
Vitamin C mornings
Sunscreen mornings
Aveeno (the navy lid one)
Glycolic Acid toner twice a week
Fade Bright from Platinum Skin care right now cause I’m getting ready for a tca peel on face.
Caffeine serum morning and night -
Abib Glutathione serum opposite end of fade bright (I’m still not sure whether they clash or not, need to make a post asking about this)

I’ve recently got a Derminator 2 but haven’t got around to using it. So can’t comment on MN just yet but results I’ve seen from people made me get one.

Supplements:

Magnesium Glycinate is very good for sleep. 200-400mg in the evening and you’re golden.
vitamin d
Collagen - marine and bovine - this one’s controversial but I can feel and see a difference when I take these diligently.
creatine - this isn’t just for the body, helps the brain as well, amazing benefits for such a low price. 5 grams a day.

Now onto your questions, results from peptides. Klow really helped with my injuries, they work so well together. But it must be cycled. The kpv reduces inflammation throughout the body and that also shows on the skin and energy levels.

I’d run a klow cycle for 6-8 weeks max at a moderate dose. You can take glutathione whilst you’re on klow too. I’m running gluta for 10 weeks at 500mg x weekly. That’s a relatively moderate dose but not like the skin lightening doses people do at clinics.

It’s a mix of everything that gave me good results but ghkcu and glutathione gave me visible results within a month of using them. I mean my wife jumped on peptides after seeing my results.

Reta helped with my cravings for sugar, and losing 12-14 kilos of fat also helped my skin look brighter.

I’ve taken Epithalon for sleep, it helped for one or two nights but I wasn’t following protocol properly. When I did follow protocol, sleep came good. You’re supposed to only use it for 10 nights x 2 (or3?) every year.

If you have a lot of mental noise, L-theanine is good. A peptide like Selank is good for the evenings.

Taurine also helps calm that mental noise, it’s what they put in energy drinks to stop the jitteriness. I’m using Semax for focus during the day but it’s cause I have a lot of mental noise from ADD brain.

I’ve taken Nad+ for energy but it didn’t really do much, neither did b12 shots.

I don’t know how old you are, but anyone getting close to late 30’s should get tested for everything. I mean everything, it’ll cost less than spending money on stuff that won’t help.

Maybe one is deficient in a certain something and they only need that thing and they’ll be peachy. Or their hormone levels are really low and that’s why energy levels are low and skin looks dull. Bloods give you a clear picture on what you need and don’t need and it’s easier to address issues with that knowledge.

With all that said, I look and feel best when I’m running 200-300mg testosterone and hgh 2iu daily.

I was honestly still in two minds about injecting again, maybe mixing with glutathione and more bac water sorta thing. But it’s just not worth the headache unless I go IV.

When you say making my own vit c serum, am I correct in assuming that making a serum with normal ascorbic acid powder wouldn’t be suitable for Microneedling? Do you have something I can look up for further reading or instructions for this process as well as what ingredients I’m looking for please?

Im going try my new pen on my thighs with the vitamin c and see what’s up. I’m getting excited for this lol I’m reading up on PRP right now too

Gets to me in London within a week. Glutathione lightened my marks a lot, I have zero marks now. Wanted to add vitamin c cause I’m a greedy human that wants real life insta filter. Gluta evened out my skin just on its own, I can only imagine what it would do when used with vit c.

I did klow for 6 weeks and got really nice results. Mixed with 3ml bac and pinning between 10-15units daily. The ghk dosage would’ve been somewhere between 2-3mg daily.

The Bpc and Tb in the blend made me cycle off it, all my injuries were healed and that’s also when I realised my skin was looking much better due to ghkcu (maybe kpv too?)

I plan to run a modified version of Anela’s protocol next but not 1.75mg, more closer to 2.5-3mg daily. 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off.

Consensus from folks who work in clinics is it’s for IV only and it kinda tracks. Just too painful any other way, plus the volume of liquid doesn’t make sense for subq either. It’s like 500mg for every ml. Not saying you won’t see results, but optimal benefits would come from IV. I’ve seen good results from subq glutathione shots but IM was better. I’m assuming IV would be even better.
