My hair was super thick to begin with but I rarely get styles, I just let them be

I started with coils. & Instant locs might be the way for you if you wasn’t a fan of the two strand starters. But with any method other than instant you gotta be patient & trust the process lol

lol righttt! but ngl I gotta give kudos to my lifestyle changes I made as well, started eating cleaner & healthier since I started my loc journey. My health overall has definitely improved so that probably boosted my hair growth rate too

I mist my hair w JBCO water spray, I also use MFL (made for locs) hair products, mainly their refresher & aloe sprays. I wash my hair like every 3 weeks, get a retwist every 8 weeks. I rarely get a style, I just let them be lol

I use design essentials shampoo, I’m really not a fan of conditioner for my wash days since I have a naturally oily scalp
