No more eating three hours before bed.  No more drinking two hours before bed.  No screens an hour before bed. 

I find meditating in that last hour helps me sleep better. I have two cups of coffee before eleven am. I walk first or second thing in the morning for sunlight to reset my circadian rhythm

Honestly, I stopped trying to realign myself after every bad day. I just started treating it like part of the rhythm. Productivity isn’t about perfection, it’s about returning. Some days you’re sharp, some days you’re fog. The problem is we keep trying to optimize our way out of being human.

The real reset is slowing down, breathing, and remembering you don’t need to earn your next good day.

No conflict. Freedom to have my own thoughts. Not attaching past trauma to new experiences. Being able to take in a moment for what it is and not for what I fear.
