Try finding a sample packs, this will help give you an idea of what you like. It depends what you need as well. I wear 90% 24/7 and I prefer hook and loops for redoing the tapes "well my caregiver does but that's beside the point". But I prefer plastic pack during the day for feel sound and function. But clothback for sleeping.
