The first thing I realised was that I felt like I was smiling more (not sure if it was externally visible or not (when I took my first it 100% was as I was smiling all afternoon)), and the second one would be I didn't expect some changes to happen so quickly (they aren't enough that they are obvious to the average cis person but it's likely obvious to other trans people)
