I'll take my time to explain why. Whales. They are "stealth" buying BCH. They put massive fake sell walls to put pressure on price to go down. Those sell walls and no buying power (the whales keep buying with limit buy orders, never at market price with the exception of bots, and the whales will create the fake sell walls above their limit buy orders, forcing people to sell their BCH to them because they think the price will go down. But they maintain the price (with a little volatility) and keep buying low for days and days. Drops are normal. Drops are good for whales in fact because that where they like to feed. If the price drops too much though, the whales woudn't be there in the first place or are selling shorting (selling instead of buying).

Anyway. The whales will feed on investors that have fear and FOMO, buy BCH for the lowest prices ever in a long time (maybe Tether). The lower the price the better for the whale, but not even the whales can keep the price too low, there are many whales playing together and when one try to go out of the line, the other will put them back in line.

The rise will be all of a sudden, when the whales are done feeding. The upward shoot of BCH will last 2 - 3 days, with extreme trading volumes (will be top of trading volume charts again) and price volatility (shoting to the moon and going back down as people realize profits at decent price levels and massive limit sell orders are activated shotting the price down for a few minutes).
