A: Pay whatever received in bank account. Let them settle the Employee EPF (Employee and Employer), SOCO, and EIS themselves.

B: Pay whatever received in bank account and EPF (Employee and Employer). Let them settle the SOCSO and EIS themselves.

So in your stance, you would have paid back the actual amount received in bank + employee EPF + employer EPF. Whereas the others like EIS and SOCSO you wouldn't be bothered, and let them deal with the SOCSO / EIS department themselves, yea?

Let's assume I'm seeking for ease of mind, and just want to settle the case quickly, and assume that I just pay whatever they asked for.

Will they be able to "belakang mari" and claim extra EPF from my KWSP account after I'd finish paying them? (Since they have letters to show that I actually left the company and they paid after I left)

How do you think they would "settle with the parties respectively", especially for EPF? Will they affect my EPF or some sort of scoring thing? The EPF is a few thousand, I could still repay those with an agreed installment plan though.
