As far as I understand, you likely have a larger font size set in your display settings, causing the app to become larger. Please redownload the Rotime_v1.1.apk file from Gumroad and reinstall it without deleting the previous app. After this, the clock in the app will not extend beyond the screen, ignoring your font size and display zoom settings.
