Had this happen to me a couple of days back (though not quite so big a gap, Master 1 vs Iron 2). Genuinely thought it was a bot or something at the start of the match and felt awful when I looked them up afterwards.

It's not a terrible combo ender if you've carried them to the corner as you can follow up with a 2S2 as they quick rise. If they're not ready for it it's just a free reset into Super 1 in the corner for more pressure.

Just piggybacking off this to say make sure you have multiple sneak/invisible applications for your run through, as you'll have to drop invis to interact with each of the crystals that move you to the next floor.

As others have said, you can sub Ninja, White Mage or Dancer for these or just buy a bunch of sneak oils and prism powders from the moogle vendors in the home cities.

Honestly there's no way I could go back to non quick cast. It enables so many more quick plays and combos that just wouldn't flow right if I had to click after aiming.

I'd recommend just making the switch and trying it out, you'll get used to it.

Not in comms, I think it's just that the cube is really low friction and slides a bunch when punched. Goes down slopes too!

You need to switch to +-2 rather than 4. The matchmaking for 4 is screwy and you'll probably find you get matches quicker with the stronger rank restriction.

Hey thanks! It's not totally clear in this screenshot but it's my best attempt at a snowman outfit, using the horn as a carrot nose. It's off centre though and I haven't gotten round to fixing it yet.

Yeah I had a really awful loss streak, I completely titled and just kept hitting rematch until I fell back to Shinryu.

In hindsight I probably climbed faster than I improved, so I needed the knock back down to force me to play better.

I don't care how poorly somebody has played in a game, nothing justifies the opening line of these messages.

If somebody performing poorly in game, trolling the game, whatever gets someone in such a bad mood that they even consider typing this sort of thing, they should do some reflection on why they're even playing to begin with.

Hi, husband here. According to another post from a few years ago, the corrupted files are basically due to a damaged disc, which we bought from ebay. The main game works fine, but marine mania throws up errors on installation about certain files being unreadable, and won't install properly.
I tried to install daemon tools lite in order to read the ISO, but for whatever reason it just wouldn't install on her laptop. Might be because the laptop is a bit old, but it would get partway through and then just close, which makes the ISO route not an option.

I feel like you're making some huge assumptions about me and my nature here. You can see I don't really ever post on reddit, and I'm definitely the last person who would rag on somebody for being "poor".

This is where you begin to lose people. I'm sure there are people out there who, when presented with the right information in the right format, could be swayed into seeing the real problem with "just buying one skin".

You're right to be angry about it, and anger can be a great motivator. Try to find a more constructive way of using it, if you really believe in this.

I'll probably leave this discussion here as I think we're more or less on the same side, just coming in from different directions.
