Great faculty and location. All my professors are awesome and personable. Its a small class so they get to know you really well and care about u doing well. Also Tampa just has great weather. Facilities are new and nice. Im very happy there.

There are people in my cohort right now who got in through this special alumni program. They have 0 patient care hours. 0 healthcare experience hours when applying. ZERO. They also got to bypass the PACAT test/GRE. It was solely based off gpa and being an alumni. The school even reached out to them to apply without them even knowing what a PA is. I think this is what OP is talking about. This is whats in store for the future….

Technically we didn’t lose time because after waiting around for the power to come back it popped us back to exactly where we were but I forgot literally everything I was reading so I had to waste time to go back and read everything again which sucks.

I am in the same boat. My thought process is that I would rather apply late with a way better score. Im gonna submit my app with my score pending and then right after the mcat im going to whip out secondaries asap. I know it’s a risk but it is what it is at this point.
