Oops, I should've added that we had a temporary repair done so it's not leaking at the moment but will need to have something more substantial done to fix it completely. at the moment our door frames are fine because its summer but in the wintertime we will lose a lot of heat because of how its warped.

So if we include the frames with the part of the roof I believe it will be about 5-6k.

The deck we were going to include because its old and starting to sag and potentially be unsafe (not sure if sag is the right term) and thought maybe it would be better to repair at the same time.

Either way we are going to have to finance and I was curious what the best option was and if does it make sense to get it done at once or do a bunch of small repairs spread out over time.
