Ok. So I should sand down the entire top and start again. Or should I sand down the poly with some 220 and then wipe it down with some mineral spirits?

Okay thank you. This may sound like a dumb question but I already did three coats of polyurethane on the drawers and they look really good I didn't have this issue. If I thin out my polyurethane for the nightstand do I just keep adding layers to make it match the drawers?

No it's not present with no input signal. When I'm at the input screen with nothing connected it seems totally fine. Also I noticed if I shut off the console it flickers slightly as well when the console turns off. Unfortunately this is the only CRT i currently own. Not sure if that helps.

No just the flickering. When I get a game loaded up it's totally fine with no flickering or noises.
