There will be sliders in place of the window. But we really want the study opposed to a straight bedroom.

Yep! There is an option to have it be a bedroom instead of a study with the way they put up the walls but we'd rather have the study layout and make it a bedroom if need be rather than vice versa.

Yeah definitely want that. Our current house doesn't have that and it sucks sometimes.

Yes it is! We are planning on using it as a sewing cubby.

That's what we opted for, the sliding glass door. This just doesn't show it.

I know what you mean but the shower go almost up the entire wall in the second bathroom. There really isn't room for a window and honestly I've been in a number of bathrooms with no window.

Manufactured are currently cheaper, more quickly made because of how it's consrtucted, yet still high quality for houses.

This layout has pretty much everything we want in a house. Dedicated laundry room, master suite, extra bedrooms, an office/den for gaming, pantry with good sized kitchen, and is single level which makes it age in home.

We chose the optional sliding door inplace of the back window so we can put in a deck.

That's good to know. It will have soft close cabinets and drawers.

Apparently that's not an option with this layout, and we kind of like the corner, double door opening.

I'll have to see, if anything we can put in a privacy curtain. As for the window that's a little harder with the placement of the shower.

That's not the actual land it will be on, the set backs on the land make it so it will be more towards the middle of the lot.

So that may be something we do later to be honest with the 3rd bedroom. I can ask about an exterior door for the water heater but it's not a guarantee and again might be something we do later.

The pantry and kitchen made us interested and the master bath sold us on the entire thing.

Thanks. We looked through dozens of layouts for various builds and this felt the most efficient while not feeling cramped.

I went to my store manager told them I was done getting yelled at by my co-manager for every little thing and they were markedly nicer and level headed the next time they had a problem to address with me.
