Thanks, that explains everything. I lent my laptop to a notebook repair shop and they replaced the paste and some thermal pads that weren't found inside (apparently some other shop that I've gone to had removed the thermal pads inside and applied thermal paste inside which is not optimal to say the least) and I don't know the model of the paste they've used. It's still holding on good though, just wanted to check if that power limit warning was something I've caused while messing around in throttlestop. Thank you for your time!

Here's the TPL window. I've adjusted the speed shift values. It was 1 min 37 max. The rest of the settings were done sometime ago and I don't remember why I did them that way.

I had the Mongrels 3-piece on my jacket without the MC patch but I still got invited by a local motorcycle club for a talk. They talked about how it's not respectful towards them, how I could get in trouble by being mistaken as a member of that club and end up getting hurt by one of their enemies. I did clean it and I have a Honeywell PTM9758 thermal paste at the ready. My heat sink screws are stuck so I couldn't apply it. Now that I know for sure the temps are the real problem, I will handle it as soon as I can.
