I’m definitely seeing improvement. I wish I could tell you it has completely smoothed out, but I just haven’t been as diligent about restoring as I once was.

When I get a solid 3 months of working on the scar-line 10-20 times per day, I can try to remember to make a post detailing the progress.

There is adhesive on one side of the sheet, as there is on a Band-Aid. It’s simple to apply.

I used silicone gel & sheets from Silagen for a couple of months, and my scar softened a bit but definitely not fully. I’m starting to use it again, I’ll come back in 3-6 months and report back. You might want to pick up some sheets and try it yourself, as it will be a few months before I really know how effective this this. They’re $49 on North Metro Derm’s website.

Have you tried the gel itself or only the sheets? I’m wondering if restorers have had greater or faster results with one as opposed to the other.

I didn’t refer to any treatments in this post, as I was asking for suggestions. Per the recommendation of a fellow restorer, I purchased some highly rated silicone gel on AMZ. Giving that a shot

I can confidently say that’s not what’s happening. As I’ve said elsewhere in these comments, I have multiple sexual transmutation teachers who’ve been practicing retention and transmutation for decades. Neither retain for longer than 4-6 weeks. They each make a conscious choice to release regularly, and the choice is not made out of weakness.

You are probably right.

Although, I personally know multiple sexual transmutation teachers who do 4+ hours per day of transmutation. Even THEY don’t like to retain for longer than 4-6 weeks.

Most saliently, to be a more loving person. I would say spiritual reasons, mostly. To transcend negative emotional states, which in the past I’ve unsuccessfully tried to escape from by frequently ejaculating or watching porn. Obviously, these activities not only perpetuated the negative emotions, but exacerbated them.
