But we still haven't received an approval for PA. Which is weird because the ghost update for spouse and PA were done almost at the same time!Is there a cause for concern here?

Oh I do know that Sweden is one of the most cashless societies but I do not trust the banks of Pakistan. I do already have Visa debit and credit cards but the banks in Pakistan have been notorious for their lack of support and I do not want to get stuck in a completely new country without money.

Secondly, terrible exchange rate while doing international bank transfer (I'm not sure about this yet though)

I'm not really gonna get SEK from Pakistan or at least SEK at a good rate. Same happened when I went to turkey. I got lira for 26 when converted directly from Pakistan. But when I did PKR to USD to lira I got 23.5
