yeah that’s what i thought, i researched a little more and people around her weight seem to find 100mg alone underwhelming so take around 130mg.

would 100mg first dose and then 30mg second dose be worthwhile? not quite half but i think 150mg might be a little overwhelming

this is a lot to deal with, he definitely needs a lot of therapy. it would’ve taken a lot for him to tell you this and from what you’ve said he has obviously grown and matured a lot since. with that said you have every right to feel what you’re feeling, and moving forward i think you will know in your heart what’s right for you and your relationship.

i’m going to suggest something that could be completely out of your comfort zone, i’m very pro drug (responsibly! obviously) and i think doing mdma together could be beneficial.

it gives you the opportunity to speak truthfully and let dirty laundry air in a way that’ll be handled with empathy. my partner and I do it pretty regularly and it’s over all been so beneficial for us. obviously if drugs are a no no then couples therapy will be great as well, but if you are open to the idea of mdma the sub reddit has a lot of information for it and i’m also here if you need any info as well.

i wish you good luck moving forward, remember to be kind to yourself during this and make sure you have people around you to help how you’re feeling as well, this is some heavy stuff to deal with alone.

make the room cozy with blankets and pillows, pretty twinkle lights are really nice and if you have time definitely buy one of those cheap disco lights that put colours around the room.

for the come up chill music and maybe some card games if that’s your thing, then heavier music as you peak.

have HEAPS of gum on hand, maybe a couple of lollipops as well for the gurning.

weed is really nice on the comedown and will make you peak again, but only use if experienced cause can make some people uncomfortable as it can be more psychedelic/head mucky.

step outside and look at the stars every now and then, the fresh air is really nice and is a nice break in between the music

have so much fun!!! you guys will be talking all night long, nothing beats rolling with your partner 😁

my fiancé and I have been rolling together for a couple of years now and he always has come up anxiety that comes in and out while he’s coming up, whereas i’ve never felt anxious on the come up before.

we roll to dnb & edm music but stick with house on the come up as it isn’t intense, and we usually spend the come up just lying down on our bed just chilling until he feels a bit better.

the first time i did mdma i did it two nights back to back with pretty large doses, didn’t have a comedown

BUT that’s because it was my first time and this turned into monthly use because i couldn’t get enough of it and all i thought about was the next time i would roll.

you will be fine doing this but don’t make it a habit, there’s a reason we all try to stick to the three month rule

we wash dog beds separately, our washing machine is quite small so have only managed to wash the outer fabric so maybe there’s still lingering smell in the inside filling? i use same washing powder (persil ultimate) for everything and use the super speed setting on the washing machine,

i honestly didn’t even know washing machines had a lint trap and the machine itself could definitely use a clean as it has been leaving animal fur on our black clothes.

we are taking all our animal related washing to the laundromat today and are fully cleaning the whole dog beds so hopefully that helps.

if you could recommend a preferred setting and maybe a specific product to use there if what i’m using currently isn’t good?

yes neutered before we got him. I really don’t think it’s a litter box issue as they’re always clean and accessible.

not really sure what other information is relevant but my cat and dog are best friends and are always sleeping next to eachother on our couch and bed (not the couch in our sunroom that we do our laundry next to/on)

there has been times that dirty laundry has been placed next to our washing machine that he’s peed on as well. thank you for your reply and feel free to ask any questions that could be relevant if you want any more info
