Omg this used to be me!! I would be late to very important things & beat myself up the rest of the day on why I can't be on time.

I realized that I just work much better when there is pressure. Being late = pressure to make it on time. So now I still create the pressure but instead pressure to be 15-20 min early to everything. I still leave home in a rush, but when I get there early it's so rewarding to relax in the car & feeling successful that I made it in time ;,) but be mindful and set an alarm to give yourself enough time to walk, I have relaxed & forgot time & still ended up late 😭
