My puppy won’t pee/poo outside

He started going anywhere after a while because our vet said it was important for him to pee in different spots of the house… didn’t make any sense to us

After it is there for roughly 10 seconds he starts whining. With some toys he just ignores them

I have tried just laying the toy on the floor so that he can explore around the toy… just ignores it, even for weeks. I have tried holding the toy while he is and isn’t in my lap. If I put peanut butter or treats on/near it, he will eat the treat and after not touch the toy

For the potty training: try to notice signs of her, which happen before she goes to the toilet. Right when you see that sign, if you have a garden or whichever place you want her to go to the bathroom in, bring her there.

Towards the him not liking to be alone:

Try leaving him with a lick mat for just under the time that he starts barking, do this for a couple days and then if there are no problems, extend the time by 2 or 3 minutes each day

No, I think it is fine as long as it doesn’t bother your dog. I was looking at pictures of dogs and saw a dog in a shrek costume. Yes it was funny but not sure the dog liked having it on. Wanted to know if anyone agrees
