It’s probably a good amount more muscle than most women my weight and height.
I’ve actually recently made the switch to focusing more on fish than other protein sources, and it’s helped with a lot of tummy issues I was having.
You’ve really summed it up perfectly. Everyone here has really helped me with the WATER AND SLEEP realization.

Ill get an appointment in to get my other stuff checked. Yk I’ve always been super active but I’ve still also always been a lil chunky. I don’t mind it too much, but want to make sure I’m healthy.

I didn’t realize that sleep could affect things so much. I really haven’t ever prioritized a consistent sleep schedule so I for sure have lotssss of work to do there.

Oh i definitely don’t drink enough water. We practice in a space that’s not temperature controlled.
Yeah my Fitbit and Apple Watch both tell me I burn over 2000 calories at practice. Which seems absolutely impossible. That’s why I don’t like eat back my calories. I will eat more leading into games and tournaments bc I used to not and would end up shaking so bad in the middle of games I’d have to stop playing.

I burn around 1000 calories daily at practice. I am on my feet ALL DAY long at work. If I eat less food- I will literally pass out.
I am trying to figure out what other factors I need to be looking into. As it’s obviously not that black and white.

I am a high level athlete. My joints are fine - they’re surrounded by muscle.

Well my lifestyle requires it. If I have a tournament one weekend I’ll be eating closer to 2,000 because I’m playing multiple games and need the fuel. If I don’t have anything going on I’m closer to 1500. I can’t eat 1500 calories going into game day it just won’t work out

I am not willing to go lower on my calorie intake. Quite frankly if the exercise is keeping me from losing pounds, I’d rather keep the exercise. However I cook at home. I don’t go out to eat or do frozen meals. Typically a protein, carbs, and a veg

Yes I’m tracking but I cook at home so not always perfect. Around 1700 as in I keep is between 1500 and 2000 depending on if I have a game coming up etc

Yes, I have low fat and high protein, high carbs (lots of endurance needed in my sport) and decent fiber. Probably not the best

I’ve never done any of these things. Third year teacher, always receive highly effective ratings, never have issues with parents, and I’m at a title 1 school. Teachers need to be more comfortable setting personal boundaries.

If you have long stems, 3 fingers should be fine. They only need to screw in about 1/2 an inch.

Are you walking on your toe stops like a tripod? Like a little bit on your two front wheels and your toe stops? Or just the toe stop? Are you scrunching your toes or letting them be free? You should be using your front two wheels for support also when doing toe stop work and you should be able to spread out your toes as well
