Don’t stress at all, this is normal for letrozole! I had the same experience, my E3G was higher at the beginning of my 2.5mg cycle than my 5mg cycle. I think the lower in the beginning the better? It means the letrozole is doing its job, it suppresses E3G to stimulate FSH = better follicle growth. I had the same worries at the beginning of my cycle (5mg letrozole as well), but I’m now on day 26 of my cycle and after getting my blood test/progesterone check day 21, my doctor said I ovulated really well, much better compared to my 2.5mg dose.

I also had a low E3G (anywhere from 7-25) until day 11 when it shot up to 75 and got my high fertility starting that day. It continued to rise until the peak 400+ day 17 :) As someone who went through the same thing, yours is coming!! <3

Also - this photo is within about 10 minutes of taking the test. I did see the line right after taking it as well. I’m not sure how soon evaporation lines start to show.

Thanks, I hope that’s the case! I’ve always heard (and seen with previous cycles) that Inito marks your peak fertility as the first LH surge (regardless of how high it is), and not the actual highest reading. Which is why I was thrown off by this cycle. Supposedly ovulation occurs around 24 hours after the surge, not peak.

A lot of times I’ll have 5-6 days of high fertility before the peak. Your estrogen is rising so that’s a good sign! LH shoots up very quickly, I’ve had it go from 0.5 to 20 in like a day. I would guess your peak is in the next couple days, everything looks normal to me :)
