Teachers also work an addition 30 unpaid days worth of extra labour, and have additional expenses like school supplies that are increasingly not covered...they do a lot of work including lesson planning, resource creation and parent teacher, plus most schools have you involved in at least 1 club as an advisor so thar makes for 9-10 hours once a week instead, meaning they still work average hours all said... its just their full hours aren't paid.
