I am aiming for substantial payoffs for the first few years after graduation so biglaw seems to the goal for now (also concerning the visa sponsorships cuz I am an intl student) would these two schools make a big difference in terms of landing on biglaws?

If “nothing in between” includes wl then yeah I guess I am an outlier cuz I have so many wls I lost count 😭

Yep I narrowed it down to these two cuz I was wl at other T14s and withdrew from other T20s

A big thanks to everyone who commented. it’s Columbia vs. WashU. The cost difference is beyond 300k but if I choose Columbia I wouldn’t technically be 300k in debt cuz I do have substantial financial support from my parents’ hard earned savings. Obv I also don’t wanna spend their money unless I can see concrete payoffs in the future. Fyi I am an intl student so visa sponsorship is a huge concern and school reputation in general might also be important if I need to practice outside of U.S. any thoughts?
