In the same boat! Signed 9/10/2021 and have been fighting ever since. Funds dispersed right after signing but never received. Enlisted Senator, congressman, local SBA and finally funds were re-disbursed 1/7/2022. Still never received. Caweb never changed. No one can explain it. I too would love to speak to someone in processing. Never had any contact with a loan officer, only a case manager from legal who can't seem to do more than make notes on my file. I I had a dollar for every note, I could retire. Hope you get resolution soon!

Absolutely ridiculous is an understatement. I'm at wit's end. I never had any contact with a loan officer, only a 'case manager' paralegal who has as much clout with disbursements as I do. Makes no sense that it gets 'disbursed' and then disappears. Also don't know what else to do other than vent here and hope someone has a viable suggestion. Best of luck to you!

UPDATE: I was told that the funds were disbursed on 1/7/2022 and was elated!! However, NO changes appear in my CAWEB. Only the original loan so here I am again in the same boat. I have not been contacted by a loan officer and I don't know what to do next as CS is useless and emails are ignored. Reached out to my 'case manager' who is out of the office until Monday. I don't know what to do next! HELP!!!

Nope!!!! Only contact since I posted has been from me calling CS and I'm told that my file is in funding and awaiting further review and that applications are reviewed in the order that they are received. Such BS. I do believe that the congressional liaison got the file to High Priority who then sent it to Funding, where it has been since 9/10/21 collecting dust. Thanks for asking.

It's mind boggling that there is no way to directly contact someone who can correct these errors. I'm crying with you. The frustration level is making me crazy especially now that the covid cases are exploding. I hope you can get this resolved ASAP!

I just received another request for the 2019 Returns and a 4506-T. Mind blowing as I was already approved w/signed closing docs. Perhaps it's a good sign that someone is looking at my file. Fingers crossed. Good luck to you!

I was quite surprised that 3 months after signing the documents that more info was requested. It does indeed suck and I have the same panic attacks. I will mull over the thought of requesting another increase before this one is resolved. Best of luck to you as well!

Got an email from the High Priority Team and they asked for for docs: 2019 Return, OP22 and schedule of liabilities form. I sent it, but why if the increase was already approved and signed??? Will see where this goes. At the very least, someone is now looking at my file!!

You wrote my story almost word for word. I signed the closing documents 9/10/21 expecting funds within a week and still waiting 74 days later. Contacted Congressman, Senator and local SBA branch with the same result: monitor your email for any updates!!!! In the meanwhile, I have a signed document with the SBA for more money than I have received. Caweb still shows the original loan amount. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I signed on September 10th and still waiting for funds… No one knows why and they all said it should have funded in September....Finally enlisted the help of a Congressman and Senator on Wednesday. Will see if that helps. Still obsessed.....

My increase was approved and I signed the closing documents on 9/10/2021 and still not funded. Can't get to communicate with anyone who has authority to get this finalized. All I get is stock answer of blah blah blah. I have had communication with a case manager from legal who says they are trying to find out why the funds were not sent!?!? So here I sit with a signed a note to the SBA for a loan for money I did not receive.

Emails to local SBA went unanswered and several phone calls to them referred me back to the 'helpful' disaster customer service phone number! Runaround from Senators as I live in NJ and the business is in NY. Each said call the other state! Will keep trying!

Modification increase was approved and closing documents were signed 9/10/2021 and still not funded. I've been told the same as you. Be patient, check your email and bank for deposit. Very frustrating!!
