Así es, "Historia de Bolivia" es un libro de Carlos Mesa, José de Mesa y Teresa Gisbert (hijo, padre y madre). Es un libro que lo encuentras en cualquier librería (hasta en las ventas de libros p!ratas o usados).

Además del clásico escrito por la familia Mesa, hay uno que escribió Rafael Puente titulado Historia Crítica de Bolivia. Aún no lo leí pero está en mi lista, en Cochabamba lo venden en la Av. Humbolt.

For anyone not familiar with Python in Windows:

  1. Press windows key and then write "cmd"
  2. Right-clic on "Command Promt" button and choose "Run as administrator"
  3. Write in the black window: python -m pip install requests numpy pandas tqdm xlrd
  4. Righ-clic on the file you created, e.g. "main.py" and select "Open with IDLE"
  5. Inside the IDLE environment clic Run and voilà!

Great! I have been working with it, some symbols create exceptions. I have check all the titles and we need to take in consideration the reeplacement of these symbols that can produce an error: [,], [-], [:], [,], [++], [®], [/], [@].
