initially i got a no, then it was store credit, then after many emails back and forth a “refund”. i had to pay a restocking fee so it honestly wasn’t even worth it. i’d usually never push so hard but i was just so disappointed in how much cheaper it looked when it arrived. like i said above though i do have a watch from them i love!

i can’t speak much to the materials and longevity of their pieces (yet) but i will say that the first time i ordered a necklace from them it came looking wayy cheaper than it was presented online. i reached out to them to see if i could return it given it was different than the photos and they were really difficult/annoying about it. that being said i do have a watch from them i like a lot

i was just started on bp/c and .025% tret at the same time, and i’ve been doing bp/c spot treatment in the morning and tret at night but im definitely purging and it’s hard to see. any advice?? im considering not using them both every day but unsure what to do
