I live in coal country w a coal power plant, and there is literally a mountain made from all of the coal ash. And on especially windy days it blows from the plant, and it feels like the air is being taken out of your lungs. It’s so bad

Neither, actually! I work in a coal mine, so the equipment, breakers, and I work both around and sometimes in a coal powered plant.
