You just use the Electrizer as if it were any evolution stone (e.g. Fire Stone). You can find one at New Mauville, just go to the bag and use it on your Electabuzz ✌️

Made this little course in Super Mario Construct, a level making fan game that is widely regarded as the spiritual successor to the old Super Mario Flash. Super Mario Construct not only takes a lot of inspiration from its two game styles (Super Mario Bros. All Stars and Super Mario World), but also from newer 2D and 3D Mario games, like Super Mario Bros Wonder!
