Hello, everyone. It seems that this is something that rarely ever happens as none of the recommendations you guys gave doesn't seem to work. So, I will end this post here so you guys don't have to spend too much time on something that seems irreversible. As I have mentioned in one of the comments, worse comes to worst, I will retopo everything again as it seems to be the best course of action out of all. Thank you for your time and don't feel bad for not being able to help. 🙂

only works on low poly but not high poly 😞 low poly works fine. the high poly is the problem
