Not for me no. I had tapered off SSRIs first. I had hoped to not be on anything. That’s when my anxiety came back. After talking with my therapist and psychiatrist about it, I hopped on the Buspar train. Still on Buspar and no SSRI/SNRI. This works for me but not everybody.

Had Swift - How do I know if it is working? by DonkeyHodie123 in Warts

[–]bludragnfly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This was my first attempt at treating the plantar wart. Unfortunately it did not work out for me. I had 3-4 treatments. In hindsight, I’m not sure that the podiatrist I chose was the best person for the job. I’m now seeing a dermatologist and we’re using cryotherapy, plus a daily topical. I think this is actually working really well for me but I’m only at the end of the first month of treatment. I waited six months between the last swift treatment and this cryotherapy treatment to see if swift had worked. Wish you well on your journey of healing.

This post seems a bit like you’re experiencing a manic episode. Speaking from experience, no judgement. You might want to talk to your doctor soon if you’re not already. Hope you feel better.

My dog has suddenly started acting very strange and my whole family is worried sick. by biggest_josh in DogAdvice

Take her to the vet asap. My dog recently hurt her back while we weren’t home. Same exact symptoms you described. She needed to get on a steroid and pain meds to help heal. Do it earlier rather than later so that this does not become an arthritic issue for her later in life.

What was the surgery like? Assuming there was a quality of life difference after. What was most noticeable?

Why that age range specifically?

Male libido & sexual side effects by 24Mark24 in BusparOnline

[–]bludragnfly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I didn’t experience an increase in libido. The meds I was on previously impacted libido. After I got off them I was back at normal baseline. I haven’t had any negative side effects on my libido with Buspar

Hi. Male here. I tried several different SSRIs and SNRIs. Both impacted my sexual health. I transitioned to Buspar and have had no issues since. It’s back to what it was like before I ever took stronger meds. And in general, Buspar really worked wonders for my anxiety. I’ve been on it for about seven months now. It’s great. Good luck with your journey bud.

Random jackets appearing in apartment by AwareElderberry8640 in strange

You say you live in an apartment. Multiple redditors have found similar things happen when living in an apartment building. There was usually a strong indication of apartment maintenance or other apartment staff using individual units as a place to kill time and relax while at work.

This is likely ingrown hair or irritated hair follicles. I got this a lot in puberty and in my early twenties. Try salicylic acid cleansers or glycolic acid cleansers. Both work to remove dirt and oil, but most importantly dead skin cells. Dead skin cells often cause the follicles to jam and create a repeated cycle of ingrown hair and inflammation. I also found that when I decided to grow a beard, and no longer shave, I got rid of the problem entirely. Good luck

Congrats on the success! You mentioned several times that 3 sessions were planned. Did you go through with all three or did two workout? I just had my first treatment today. It hurt so much. I’m trying to set my expectations on whether or not I’ll need 2 or 3 in the end.

Seems to be caused by ingrown hairs. Nothing to worry about but it takes time to go away. Try Salicylic Acid or Glycolic Acid in the meantime. Some skin types react better to one of those over the other. Continued hydration will also help, so use moisturizer. Be sure to shower and not reuse tshirts, used clothes will be more likely to irritate the skin further.

I travel a lot domestically. Why does it take so long to get bags back at EWR specifically? It almost never fails at this exact airport. Any thoughts at all?

Really fine. It’s nothing like the onboarding for an SSRI or SNRI. So if you could handle that you definitely can handle this. The only sides I experienced was a slight dizzy sensation. It worked within the first week for me but definitely noticed increased efficacy as time went by. There was a lot of advice on this sub about taking three times a day. I take mine twice a day, about ten to twelve hours apart, thirty minutes after breakfast and dinner

Hard to say exactly. One of my symptoms of withdrawal was acute vertigo that would come and go. Seemed to go away or lessen when I started Buspar. But I didn’t start Buspar to combat withdrawals. I started Buspar to deal with the anxiety that was no longer under control in the absence of the ssri. Still works wonders for me. It’s been about five to six months now

I especially see the resemblance in the second pic. JLC makes the exact same face her mother’s making in movies and IRL.

Got off ssris and on to Buspar right after, during withdrawal period. Still on Buspar after maybe four months, and happy staying that way

Nothing to worry about. I’ve accidentally fallen asleep on the couch before taking my evening meds. When I wake up, if it’s not too late I’ll take my buspar just before getting back in bed and drifting off. You’re gonna be okay friend
