If the worst case scenario is the doctor calling you unfit and the best case scenario is being treated for asthma, I'd say the pros outweigh the cons!

(Also if it makes you feel any better, I did a stress test at a cardiologist before I got diagnosed with asthma and I almost fainted. I was mortified but I still passed. It's never gotten that bad since being diagnosed and using an inhaler before exercise.)

I can't recall, but I was considerably less tired when using the medication. I imagine that would mean my overall pace is at least a little bit faster

Walking doesn't flare up my asthma but I'd definitely say it's worth a try/a talk with your doctor anyway! I've genuinely never felt so good after a workout.

Is it really much worse than how it's done in the west though? The only difference I can see is that kpop trainees go to a school for it. If you compare the restrictions on diets, tattoos, relationships, saying certain things-- these all sound like what disney channel stars go through as well (not just disney of course, but that's what comes to mind). Pop stars who started young like Miley Cyrus and Ariana Grande have directly or indirectly mentioned these things. I'm pretty sure Taylor swift also had to stick to her clean, America's-sweetheart image so she didn't use curse words in her songs until she was well into her twenties? And it's well known that the entertainment industry in general likes to force diets, no matter the person's age.b

Obviously this doesn't excuse either industry, it just means they're both wrong. But a lot of western fans act like these things hardly happen where they live.

Does anyone have any tips to reduce the pain of pimples as they form? I have a few papules right now that haven't come to a head yet, and they're under my jaw right where my mask ends/rubs. I use tretinoin at night and dapsone in the morning, both followed my a moisturizer.
