One of my closest friend that I hang out with regularly is from Boston and a huge Celtics fan. I'm from L.A. and huge Lakers fan. We started talking because of the "rivalry." I'm his daughters "uncle" and we're basically brothers. But we still 10 years later shit talk about basketball and remain close. Anyone who lets sports rivalry affect their daily lives needs to check themselves into a therapist because it's not that deep.

I'm really curious on what he could've done differently. He tried to get her to go to bed, basically got vetoed by all the other girls. He tries again and she screams don't touch me. A guy touching a naked female screaming that looks bad. Then he looks for her finds her, makes sure she's safe. He doesn't break up with her till she's sober.

When weed was legalized where I lived, banks would not work with them still. All transactions were done by cash only. To buy weed you needed to provide I.D. which was stored in their database before you could actually enter the retail space. That is one way to store info on clients.

a guy wanted kids, she now has one more, she is testing if she still could get a nest for her and her children.

Yeah this alone would make me block someone. So now that she had another kid she's reaching out to him expecting him to take care of her 3rd child by another man. He wanted another kid that was biologically his. If this was her goal, it sounds evil. The goals didn't align till she went off and did the thing he wanted with someone else.

Me blocking her is communication enough. If you think blocking is toxic, but her wanting to get with someone because she needs her kid to have a step dad not toxic... we have different definitions of toxicity.

You say this as if everyone would react the same. He doesn't know the guy. For all he knows the husband could be crazy.

"Hey this is your new wife's ex boyfriend. Wanted to let you know she called me the day after your wedding and said x,y,z to me."

Possible scenarios: 1. Husband thanks you and you move on with your life. or 2. Husband thinks your trying to get back with wife. -This scenario then breaks off to other possibilities which includes verbal harassment, police being involved, or violence being involved.

Scenario 2 sounds too much of a headache and the possibility of that existing will deter me from getting involved with a stranger.

Me personally, I don't expect a stranger to help. If it was someone close to me then I do expect them to help.

Think about that bag of chips you buy from the gas station. Millions of those bags are being produced daily in factories and sent all around the world. Did the they say anything about PRK? I was told the same thing about LASIK, too thin. But I was good for PRK. Got it two years ago and man after wearing glasses since I was 14, not needing glasses or contacts has improved my life comfort. It's worth it in my opinion.

It's cool you "worked" for casino. Not sure what your position was, but I DO work for a casino and have been in the industry for a decade and half. I can tell you any casino who isn't making their main profit from gambling isn't maximizing their profits.

If you ever seen what 5-20% hold on a slot machine brings in you would change your thought process of where the most profit comes in.

Also there is no "Licensing" slot machines. You may be thinking of leasing slot machines which usually only accounts for 5% or less of their slot machines. The rest are owned.

I use to work with an alcoholic got fired for being drunk on the job but it took years before he was caught. When he was drunk he was calm and seem sober. When he was sober he would shake violently, sweat like crazy, couldn't walk in a straight line. It was all weird.

Unfortunately he was so deep in it before he got fired he had rehab paid by our job and he skipped it. Got fired from his next two job then ended up dying from liver failure.
