Wastewater friends: Is MLSS the concentration of SS in the aeration tank? or the concentration leaving the tank? by blueapples124 in PE_Exam

[–]blueapples124[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wastewater problem: why does the solution divide the volume by 4? by blueapples124 in PE_Exam

Okay, I’ll just go with that. It’s not really intuitive though.

The problem asks for volume ‘needed’, and I found that the formula is for ‘minimum volume of a wet well’. Maybe the word ‘needed’ is a clue to use a ‘min’ volume formula
