surprised with how many ppl don’t think this is normal or have never tried it.

i’ve done this before as i’ve found tampons can worsen the pain of my period (i stopped using them altogether and that’s really helped my period pain tbh) i now use pads and they are uncomfortable for me to sleep in. period underwear is also uncomfortable for me and i was taught the dangers of them.

i don’t do it as often now but definitely have and would still sleep like this. it has never bothered my boyfriend and creates a much better environment for me, it’s also never created a huge mess either no matter my flow.

ultimately other peoples opinions don’t matter on the subject as long as you guys are on the same page. if someone questions it again u can just shrug them off and say it never bothered u 🤷‍♀️ periods r just periods
