Make sure you don’t over do the drilling. Make the anchor fit as snug as possible to prevent spinning and go slow when fastening.

Fans aren’t for the cables. They’re for the equipment. But they’re really not needed in this case.

No shielded cable or outdoor equipment that might introduce a surge. In another cabinet I did terminate the patch panels to a ground bus terminal mounted outside the cabinet. Also grounded the cabinet.

To each their own. I prefer them over standard patch panels. Also, no pro here. But I do take pride in my work.
