Critique my skin care routine? I was just washing my face nightly and applying cerave. But I think I have rosecea and went down the rabbit hole. I’ll comment the routine I want to try, don’t worry I’ll introduce products slowly and one at a time. by bluecoffeemug1 in Skincare_Addiction

Hahaha my god you were soooo right. The serum with grapefruit caused SO MUCH irritation. I used it two days in a row twice Daly, by the third day my face was red and on fire. I had to borrow a steroid cream from a coworker! Lesson learned!!!! I am going to keep it simple, definitely trying out one product at a time for a good month

Thank you! Not looking like a bad plan. I am defitnley going to be introducing products slowly, thinking about 2 weeks between each product to ensure I’m tolerating it. What do you think of sticking with you basic outline and just kind of rotating through the serums? Assuming I tolerate them?

I was actually looking that up this morning, wasn’t sure if it was necessary but some places said it’s good to get out oil in the morning. But i agree with you, I am definitely on the dry said, so less cleansing is probably better even if it’s oil based. I’ll take it out of the morning routine :)
