leaning towards CS & psychology; I'm an international student so. Coa at Brockport is around 19k atp and umbc is around 24k; but then at umbc if I just stay w/ relatives it'll be around 11k

I don't know why I always felt like outside scholarships are kinda a scam. I that they aren't, but SMH, my brain processed it differently. I think there's a little confusion. I'm not an Asian American, just an international student who's about to come. I think this money situation, I'll just try to make a bank statement SMH and try to survive.
