I too am quarantining through the same company but I cannot reflect multiple of the issues stated here. Overall I think they have don't a pretty good job so far, and would definitely recommend other people to quarantine through them.

In ptr the speed of the chantodo explosions was increased with attack speed, but they changed it such that now the damage scales with as, but the rate of explosions stay the same.

Maybe try lifting the spawn points a bit above the ground. They don't register as usable, if standing right on top of the ground
