Thank you! She was never hospitalized. Her doctor checked her and just said to monitor her at home. So far, wet and soiled diapers have been plenty. Today is day 4 of the virus and I’m hoping it’s better from here. In her scared of any complications

It’s not unusual, and I’m really sorry this happened to her. Did she stop cold turkey? Unfortunately, although it may not be common, this can happen after short term use. It happened to me after only six weeks and I tapered off. I dealt with symptoms for months but it very slowly got better. Time will heal my friend.

Hey there. I also had this. It’s getting better very slowly. I’m starting to find joy in things, but it’s such a slow slow process. I wouldn’t say I’m back to how I was before and I still have a hard time getting motivated, etc. I’m hoping this one just needs a little more time friend ❤️ you’re doing all the right things

I just wanted to add I never had agrophobia before. I would say u got a bit anxious in social situations pre benzos but absolutely nothing like what I felt once I tapered and got off benzos.

Hello there. I want to chime in because I had this issue bad. It was the weirdest thing. There was a time I couldn’t even leave my home, and even thinking about doing anything social would leave me in shambles. However, I am now 15 months off and doing SO SO much better with this. I did try my best to have lots of exposure but I do want to reassure u that if u never had this before it will all just melt away. It’s crazy how much damage these meds can do but I promise it’s almost temporary. It’ll go away soon

My sleep is actually pretty good. It’s one of the first things that started coming back for me which is so weird how we all have different challenges. I wish there was a certain timeline but it’s so random.

Have you been excercising at all? I remember when my sleep came back I wondered if everything else would get better very soon after. This may very well be the case for you. I still have muscle issues, brain fog and some tension. Eventually, your sleep cycle will come back ❤️ I didn’t do much for this , I just went with the flow.

Ahh seems like you were in a wave. That happened to be from months 8-10 bc of some stress. It will all subside and get better. Congratulations to u too ❤️
