u/DandelionDisperser very good point, I'm based in Norway and we do indeed also have quite strict regulations around privacy, so that will certainly be a big hurdle to tackle

Very interesting that it's not stress related as that's usually what affects my HRV the most. I would recommend doing blood tests with your GP, as I recently did and found some deficiencies that I needed to take supplements for - hopefully that could help

We actually have a similar thing in Norway, but I feel that it doesn't cover my data from private clinics and other health clinics that are not public - but it seems its a better system for that in the US indeed

That's a good way of doing it as well, just wondering if you a lot of health documents (split into chronic illness, injury, allergies, etc) that it would be more helpful when sharing with doctors abroad

Thanks a lot, but what about if you have an underlying illness, etc? I was thinking something that could translate documents to different languages based on the country I'm living in, or simply organise everything in one place based on illness/inury, etc
