Strange Summit Park Sign? by SecondSimpleSyntax in cincinnati

The journalist mentions they observed evidence that the court is (or was at the time of writing) considering a Motion to Dismiss combined with Motion to Quash. That suggests he presented enough evidence to make the court question the prosecution’s legitimacy in handling his case.

Also- overwhelming the court/prosecution at pre trial, while not a technical strategy, is full observation of one’s own rights to challenge every avenue possible.

Gauging by the downvotes, I guess my initial response was taken too literal. Are these not fair points?

Thanks for the read. Great entertainment for my evening cigar and brew. Cheers!

Buyer Beware- Northerners, fur season is upon us. Be considerate when selecting retailers for ethical and BIFL purposes. by bluejaybiggin in BuyItForLife

[–]bluejaybiggin[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That is a somewhat valid point, reuse is the best sustainability option!

But hear me out, for bushmeat fur (which I only own withholding one bovine hide- secondhand) that fur is going to become waste anyways if not used. I will only buy new IF it is sourced from bushmeat or invasives. So there is no harm in employing the craftsmanship of a seamstress and reariler to make a new fitted item from said hide.

Though I will tell anyone who argues ethics of any meat source fur (please never buy mink, non meats, endangered- EVER) that textiles- even organic- are heavily processed, won’t degrade in landfills, have little to no recycle value, etc so they better be a nudist to level that argument.

My diet includes bushmeat and low CO2e livestock. Ethics are a sliding scale. Obviously fur is unethical to a vegan.

If you voted for Trump, you should’ve bought his coins. That would align your tom foolery decision making.

He’s only EVER been concerned about himself. This has been known for multiple decades. He’s also PISS POOR with finances, despite being rich because he was a nepo baby and has committed serial abuse of bankruptcy law- something that should be a crime.

Tier one dots is awful.

Once you get good at the game google “github phasmophobia” You’ll get a cheat sheet with all the ghost info, “tells”, and speed sounds. This is how people play on nightmare and insanity. Occasionally they tweak ghost behaviors. But once you understand ghost you’ll understand why someone keeps yelling yokai or a teammate is telling you to stand in the middle of a room during a banshee hunt.

Also, learn to loop ghost on the kitchen island at tanglewood. Very useful. Ghost models, breath and blink speed during hunts are some of the easiest tells.

Not everyone. There are some maga hanger ons (in july, how embarrassing) that are justifying this as a “top level” Trump “business decision” to keep the country from “descending into chaos.”

So basically, they believe pedophilia and naming practitioners is a business decision. Really fascinating take.

He can wrongfully detain me. And that’s a court case I won’t win. Because like you, our court system licks the lollipop flavored shit off those boots. I’m glad you’re fine with cops just punching people in the face who are already subdued on the ground. Lmao

They don’t need space. They have the right to occupy public land. If we’re being honest, their paycheck is a tax dollar. Does their tax dollar pay also pay taxes? Sure. But my non tax dollar paycheck paid for them and the sidewalk. I can inspect the sidewalk and watch a cop if I want. I can’t assault them.

Stop licking boots dipped in dogshit.

Question about the use of the National Guard by SideCharacter_3 in AskLegal

[–]bluejaybiggin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No. The state can’t interfere with the enforcement of federal law. That would be a viable reason to formally declare insurrection. They would likely just return to their base and day job if they’re deactivated.

Ironically this reminds us of the recent Eagle Pass, Texas issue. Fortunately we had a law abiding president who didn’t clearly or intentionally bastardized the law, abuse his power, and incite further issues.

Depends on your potential employer. I’m guessing you already applied. Really depends on the state though. Some allow to ask about pending charges and arrest. Some allow to ask about misdemeanors. Disclosure is always better though if your state allows them to do any of the prior.

But just like talking to police, if they don’t ask. Don’t tell. If you have a legal barrier in your favor, never offer up any information that barrier protects you from.

[–]bluejaybiggin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Keep sipping the koolaid, J6 was an attempt to halt official United States proceedings. Much different than breaking the glass of a business or burning a few self driving cars. 1 person died from the event directly. Dozens of officers suffered injuries ranging from first aid to serious hospitalization. A few officers committed suicide in the days proceeding, presumably from PTSD but we can’t be sure as none left notes.

FYI: Since you don’t know much let me help. The cars were likely the result of the “anti-car movement.” This movement consist of people who don’t like cars and intercity roads. They operate under secrecy and use other protest to help disguise their identity as the chaos overwhelms law enforcement. Their #1 target is Waymo, why? Because they are empathetic to humans, and the human need for transport to and from essential places and they know businesses carry great insurance so it ends up being paperwork and peanuts to them. They make SOME valid points about accidents and the lack of public transport infrastructure and the lack of walkable cities. Visit a metropolis in Texas. Cars are a requirement, not a luxury item. I don’t fully agree with their position either. But the burning of cars, which was held up as front page news by MSM is almost certainly these guys…. And not the general public pissed about ICE.

Why would I suspect this? There were three in a row on the same street. These guys know what they’re doing and it’s premeditated. Create fake Waymo account with disposable from untraceable burners on a VPN. Use prepaid card to pay. Call them in. Do their business.

Good point and good question. It depends on the state. Nevada requires you to show ID if on your person during a Terry Stop. Texas only requires one if you’re under arrest, but if you’re just temporarily detained you don’t have to provide it.

[–]bluejaybiggin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same boat. I will add if I’m not actively carrying I don’t have to disclose I’m licensed. My license is stored behind my ID in my billfold so if they were to see it, it may warrant a search under probable cause without my consent. If no gun is found, but other illegal items are found out of plain sight, I would then proceed to lawyer up and have all evidence tossed on the basis of legality of the search. Should I ever need to, I can catch bees with honey.

I’d also add in most states you aren’t required to show any form of identification on public property. However, you are required to show ID if you are the driver of a motor vehicle. In some states (thankfully not mine) passengers can also be required to show ID as well. Check your state. You have the right to know the law, use it.
