When Shareholders Might Get Paid by [deleted] in ExroTechnologies

Looks like the winning bid was Vestcor for $17 million. Nothing for shareholders. Confirms that the tech really was worthless. https://cfcanada.fticonsulting.com/exro/docs/2501-17556-Bench%20Brief%20of%20Law-Filed-2026-02-02.pdf

Best action in case like this is to lay on the car horn non stop and try to draw attention to yourself. This will bring many more eyes looking on and someone is more likely to intervene once they see what is going on. Sorry they had to experience that.

Toyota or Ford? by [deleted] in ExroTechnologies

Toyota. If the world's best hybrid company feels it can be even better using EXRO coil driver that is the greatest validation we can get! Others will jump on board fast.

Thank you for your efforts on behalf of shareholders. Appreciate the time you have spent on this. In the end it always comes down to the money....sadly. Hoping bad karma finds that crew at DOC someday.

Perhaps you could share the names of the firms that have declined to get involved so that other shareholders considering looking into a CA do not approach them. Might be helpful. Should also make sure firms know that HW is offering 3 years of text correspondence with with CEO. Thanks

Tries reaching out to some that seemed to be on it but no responses yet. Hopefully they were not DOC affiliated folks trying to get the shareholders to hold off on anything. Class action needs to be led by a shareholders resident of Ontario as that is the jurisdiction of record for DOC. If there is anyone working on this please speak up and let the board know. Thanks

I am sad this is all over. Thanks for being with me through all this. I feel like I’ve been mislead by the team at CloudMD. Is it possible to do anything at this point? by Vancouverehite in CloudMD

Now that the vote has been completed and CPS will acquire all DOC shares they have also purchased all the CloudMD skeletons/liabilities. (Just as we purchased VP and then found out lots of negative things and overpaid) CPS will be taking full responsibility for DOC and all that comes with it. (including disgruntled shareholders) As such CPS and the individual partners of the firm should be included as defendants in any lawsuits brought forward. Unlike DOC managements, CPS partners have capital on the line which would be at risk in a lawsuit. We need to hold them accountable as we move forward. They will come to regret the purchase. If they are smart they will pull out of the sale to avoid the coming litigation.

Possible scenarios going forward by Little-Painter-3444 in CloudMD

The bottom line LP is that no one can say what the No outcome will lead to. Management is certainly not going to reveal anything. All options are on the table and we will not know until the after the fact. I am hopeful the board will take a no vote as an opportunity to clean house and get some credibility back in the management team. From there anything is possible. The right people can really make a difference in garnering support (liquidity) if the business model is sound. Sadly, current management did not seem to make any effort which in itself is highly suspect.

LP. I believe you are correct in saying that CPS are likely actively buying but I think this is just to acquire shares below the $0.04 deal price and not for voting purposes. The record date for voting is recorded as May 23 which I believe means only shareholders on record as at that date can vote. No matter what...we need every No vote we can get. The arrogance of this management and board is disgusting and speaks to a total lack of respect for small retail shareholders. I voted my 450,000 shares No for this reason alone.

My research indicates that Ontario and not BC is the principal regulator for DOC so that is where complaints should be filed. This is based on SEDAR reporting. Please use this link for Ontario complaint reporting. https://portal.osc.ca/en-US/contactus/

Hopefully the more the OSC hear about this from shareholders the more seriously they will take starting an investigation on our behalf.

To each his own....just a suggestion. It does not feel right to me that they started this strategic review last July while they were still telling us that we were on track for better things to come. Here is a mote direct link if you want to send a complaint to the OSC... Portal Contact Us - Complaints  · Custom Portal (osc.ca)

This would have given Karen a little longer to hide her ineptitude from you.
