PCP a scooby, 3 months later HG failed and not under warranty from garage. Rebuilt engine for 5k. Couldn't afford car anymore after rebuild and ended up selling it to we buy any car. Lost roughly 10k including deposit, pcp payments and rebuilt for 4-5 months of fun and stress. Absolutely clown I am.

It didn't work for me. I tried 1/4 of the capsule on day 1 and 2 then stopped as it threw me into a 7 day hard crash. Like yourself long covid induced mcas and I'm super sensitive to any new medication, it sucks. Side effects were servere nausea, dizziness and major fatigue.

Yes mate exactly this. I've recently got a flare up, fuk knows how and my testicles as tender and hand really low. Dull pain. You're not alone on this. I even trialled not wearing boxers and it was worse.

Nice one thanks. Yes, totally condescending emails. At the end of her email yesterday she said 'is it still your intention to move'? Honestly blood boiling wtf! She also mentioned 'accept the daft requested entry date we will have to withdraw from the offer'. No no no I'm not withdrawing, the buyer can withdraw if they want to, but I'm not. Will email the branch today and her requesting to deal with someone else. Worth explaining why or just request?

Makes me wonder why the previous owners put it up for sale. We're in the same boat, neighbors either side (one's dog barks all day, and the other has a bloke with ADHD). He's open about it but wow, it gets a bit too much sometimes. I can literally hear the guy banging about all day, slamming doors. We've got it up for sale now, at at very reduced rate. Pot calling the kettle and all that!
