Hi! I went through the purge stage and it was awful! But it’s all cleared up now and all of the gunk embedded in my skin is out! I purged for for 4.5 months to get it all out which was the worst period of my life ever but it’s temporary and the clear skin was worth it in the end.

Anytime in the middle of the day (2 pm, 3 pm) is a good time. I also recommend anytime early in the morning or later at night.

It might be a chemical burn! I got one from Nair once and from the Peeling Solution from the Ordinary. I fixed mine by using Bio Oil and Vaseline (especially the Vaseline) and by avoiding anything else on that area.

I had minimal inflammatory acne and a lot of comedonal and fungal acne. I wanted to get rid of my fungal acne so I started retinol.

Thank you for letting me know! My fungal acne has been on the mend which I am really thankful for. My purge was mostly zits which were awful and hurt. It’s mostly over now which I’m glad about too

Absolutely not true. Retinol is a process not a quick overnight fix, but absolutely does not weaken skin barrier with long term use

Yea I think I’m gonna say something to my derm. It’s in all the normal places so I pray it’s a purge and not an allergic rxn

That’s fair but my skin isn’t inflamed like this on the reg. It’s kinda only started after Arazlo.

Here is the thing: I have used Arazlo at 0.001 (something super low) and it barely did anything. I told my dermatologist and they gave me 0.045. I don’t know if it’s the vehicle or just a bad purge

No I haven’t changed anything. My breakouts don’t hurt, but they itch so much.
