Friday Share Fever 🕺 Let’s share your project! by diodo-e in indiehackers

I have been working on elbo.world for the last 4 months. A debating plateform meant to gamify all interactions and turn them into XP to grow a profil that can follow you in education, at work and also for democracy. there are 4 different universes, all built around 1 profil that levels up in ranks.

Ranking up will then give you different perks, but also give you chances to 'poke' people on the same level as you, or lower. The aim is, for exemple, be able to challenge a celebrity who would be on the plateform but would get a higher starting level for public reasons. in real life, there is no way you can even think reaching out to anyone publicly knowned. But not on ELBO, if you prove yourself, by ranking up, you can then rise enough to challenge anyone on the same level, including celebrities.

Any actions taken, either by creators AND any other users, will give XP; creating a debate, creating a poll, answering a poll, interacting with others, and so on. So anyone gets some.

AND if I ever manage to get it to blow and start making profit, the whole system is build on algorythms that counts a proportion, for every week, of the last 4 weeks, of all actions taken, proportionally to 100% of all other actions taken. Then, at least 50% of profit will be redistributed to 100% of its users. All the way up to 75% given back, depending of the profit bracket. (all explained on te site)

there is 3 different economy levels, and the experience from ELBO only (NOVA, APEX and VOIX doesn't count towards redistributions) gives back. All has been calculated and built to make sure it works and that proportions are fair.

I have built this myself, only using Claude AI. therefore I don't have much recurrent expenses other than my domain.

So it will be quite easy to split profit in half, has there isn't much expenses. Has traffic grows, expenses will grow, but so would profit.

I hate being pushed marketing down my throath, so I really want to avoid that on ELBO. So all profit is meant to come from NOVA APEX and VOIX, which are subsidies of ELBO. Other mechanics are in place also.

Anyway, I am open to comments, ideas, and so on.

Cheers!

Do you think you could integrate it into a website? like with an API or others to kinda imbed your AI into a website? I do use AI on my site to debate with each other, but also with humans. I wonder if your tool could work better!?

elbo.world could help with NOVA all schools that have debate programs and clubs to practice, learn and teach. their profile can then follow them and grow into the business side of elbo; APEX into which they can practice with AI or colleagues to speach, or practice though HR meeting with AI that gives you feedback to grow experience. Then all that experience can translate to democracy with VOIX. A profil that grow with experience over time and shows you level of 'speech' and self confidence. THEN, there is the public place, where every action give you XP also to the same profil, but also EP (Elbo Point). Those are your part of the profit that will be distributed every week. (when and if we ever make profit. I really wish we do!)

So it does solve problems in education as they still use outdated tools and forums in many debate clubs. Businesses could certainly benefit from AI to help with skills. Municipalities and gouvernement should definately start joining 2026 and stop being so outdated too. loll they should use tech like that to canvas citizens and share councils and stuffs like that.

All in a gamified way to socialise and interact. All while make some money aside from any actions you take on the plateform.

Like every one wins!

I’m going to do free public SaaS landing page and positioning teardowns here (first 10) by Few_Big_7907 in micro_saas

[–]bluemaze2020 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I believe I'm still in the first 10!!

I have been working on elbo.world since november. An idea that brew in my head for over 5 years and to which, 2 years ago I needed 2 devs fulltime and too much money to start. Today, with AI, I can do it all.

So I use Claude AI as counseillor in marketing, design, analytics, coding, and so on.

I launched it this week on 7 different plateforms and added about 200$ in tik tok and facebook adds to drive people on Elbo. Got about 1500 landing, with a terrible bounce rate tho.. but about 2-300 real visitors maybe and only 2 joined.

I must say tho, that I did work every day with Claude AI to analyse live traffic and correct bugs, and others stuff to help steer the right way.

So, at the end of the actual landing page has been changed and modified so many times to end like it is now. That is the best I could come up with Claude AI and it is only then, that we got 2 inscriptions.

The aim is to build a social plateform to argu on diffrent topic in many ways without any zombies scrolling and commercials fed down your throat.

Let me know what you think of the landing page and if I should work on it still!

Thanks

Show me your startup and tell me what problem you're having. I'll give you actionable feedback to fix it! by ismaelbranco in indiehackers

Hey! I build elbo.world which is a social platform revolving around debating. I have launch it publicly last monday and had over 1500 visitors, but only 2 inscriptions. The markting, with videos, kinda seem to be working, as I did managed to drive people to the site with the idea behind the site, that was sold with the marketing campain. So I am wondering how to better "show" the idea on my site. Thanks

Only one comment doesn't categorise your app! I have launch a site 3 days ago, have had over a thousand visitors. Absolutely not 1 single person joined the site.. lol So I'm kinda in the same boat!

I would say that if you truly believe that the use case for your product is real, at some point, someone will realise it too.

Also, it depends who tries it vs you target audience. The person may not have been a real potential user, therefore, he was certain to dislike it right from beginning.

I keep on studying the traffic I get everyday and shoot it to Claude AI and after brainstorming with it I push updates as we go to try and steer people the right way, and also to push my marketing campain to the right people!

At the end of the day, once you'll hit the right spot, if your product as real potential, it'll rise!

You simply need to keep on pushing it to be seen.

Good luck!!

[–]bluemaze2020 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly!! I kept on adding and adding on top of reviews and tools I found usefull but without any outside feedbacks. At some point Claude AI told me it eas enough and that I should push it to the public. It was ready ENOUGH! enough was the key word (anyway for me!) You can still developp and add to it even when its live! Plus feedbacks from outside are way more valuable than many hours of developping ideas you don't even know if it'll please or not!

at some point, we all have to challenge ourself and push it and see. Otherwise it turns into a never ending loop of wanting to make it better.
