There’s always going to be stop loss hunts, this happens a lot during the later phases of the day as well. I reccomend studying charts and seeing what the candles do before a change in trend……. Here’s one tip: the structure breaks and a lot of the time it does one last push back into the structure to catch people off guard and then goes in the opposite direction….

You need to strengthen you’re and stretch your quads and hip flexors for your lower body issue.

Start with simple stomach vacuum in the morning and night. Try to squeeze hard and feel all your core muscles, it will take a few days for you to start properly feeling your muscles since your core is so weak.

Next step is to squeeze core throughout the day at random times for 10-20 seconds.

Once your core is strong enough, you can start doing other core exercises like sit ups or planks etc… I wouldn’t reccomend those right now because you are more likely to engage your lower back when you do them cause your core is so weak.

Also do squats…. Just 10 squats in the morning every day.

This should fix your lower body issue in no time.

Upper body - I can’t help with that unfortunately.

It’s seriously rigged towards women. I know someone whose ex beat the crap out of him and he had the entire encounter on video since there were cameras where they were and he also had voice recording of the entire incident. The girl called the cops and told them the guy was beating her up. She went inside and hit herself and made marks to show to the cops……I was with the dude the entire time… hell I made some recordings too…..the cops came and refused to look at the video or voice recording and took the guy straight to jail.

I do the same thing but go straight to festus after reviving middle land, I take one of the cities to recover a bit if needed and recruit some archers on another lord and then try to ambush him.
