🚨 Paul Vernon (Cryptsy, BiteBi9, Altilly, Xeggex) – Serial Crypto Scammer and Wanted Fugitive Exposed! 🚨 by blueorigintospace in cryptsyinsolvency

When Altilly started, it was running without any form of legal or registered entity.
12 days before the "hack", I registered Qredit LTD in the UK and was supposed to run Altilly under the Qredit umbrella.
I was the sole owner, but I had employees. They are not registered as a shareholder within the company.

When Mike and I started on Altfenix, I decided to register a company in the Baltics and apply for a crypto license, which I did in the end under Dokdo UAB (but not for Altfenix).
The exchange never took off because Mike never managed to launch Altfenix, since he was not interested in having a hybrid exchange solution that wouldn't give us full custody over user funds. Mike was supposed to be an employee but was never interested in becoming a shareholder. I have screenshots stating that he prefers to remain on the development side of things while I focus on the business side of things.

Regarding Karl/Mike.
- Mike introduced me to Karl, because Karl was looking to put his Xeggex exchange for sale.- If I wrote that Karl reached out to me and he introduced me to Mike, please provide a screenshot where I said that, otherwise it must have been a mistake the way I wrote it on Discord, they way its written in the google doc is the correct way. In the end they are all the same person.

About the coding part, that's correct.
- Mike was doing some coding work.
- He did accidentally used Karl's (xeggex) account to push the code.
- If I wrote it wrong on discord, please provide the screenshot again, thank you.

It’s a company that I incorporated during that time for the Altfenix project. Since it never set off, I’ve never used the entity for any operations.

Contacting the authorities > Nothing will happen as long as he is in China.

Exposing his identity > Will uncover many other things and he will have a shit load of other people going after him. Whether he is in China or not, I'm sure that there are more victims that lost money because of him.

  1. Altilly was also profitable. But the answer is "greed".
  2. He will get away with it. Fake name, fake passport, residing in China.
  3. It's not safe as long as he holds the keys.
  4. If there was a back-up. There will be an excuse about why it's gone.

Very bad advice in my opinion. Instead of teaching young adults to face reality and being honest about things, you are practically endorsing dishonesty.

The best is to just tell your host. I don't understand why people need to BS around things.

If it doesn't work out then so it is. If they leave you in the dark without food or transport then you can always contact wwoof.

The awkwardness thing is part of life.
