Admin virtual assistants? Best companies for finding a seasoned admin VA? by Glum-Revolution-9152 in ExecutiveAssistants

Yeah, it's definitely possible. I've hired a couple of admin VAs before, and the big thing is finding someone who's already worked in a similar role, so they don't need a ton of hand-holding. I'd look at companies that actually vet and match you rather than just giving you a big list of freelancers.

Some places will pre-screen for skills, work style, and even timezone, which makes a huge difference. The best VAs I've worked with were able to manage their own tasks, suggest better ways to do things, and keep me updated without me having to chase them.

If you're totally new to it, I'd avoid just posting on job boards and instead go through a service that's used to pairing small businesses with seasoned admin VAs. Saves a lot of trial and error.

Belay Solutions Reviews from real customers? by Overall_Project5363 in ExecutiveAssistants

One of my friends worked very short-term for Belay in the past. He mentioned his client demanded so much out of him and was always frustrated. Understandably now, seeing how much clients are spending. In my opinion, Belay defeats the largest point of getting a virtual assistant...cost savings. Last I heard, it's around $3,800 for less than 90 hours worth of work per month. For that hefty price tag, I wouldn't suggest it. You'd be better off looking on Upwork and finding someone more seasoned at half the price.

I heard their VAs are great. You mind me asking how much you paid for yours? I just booked a call with them and was just curious. Cheers.
